Hands-On Lab

The Lab has many displays including Singlephase and Polyphase currrent transformer rated metering installations.  Lab experience is integrated into the classroom and reinforces safe work practices. Individuals currently working in the metering field who have accumulated years of knowledge and experience provide support and guidance in the lab.  Students can request training from lab personnel to perform meter testing and get involved in discussion concerning metering application or practices. To meet our concern for safety, students are required to wear safety glasses while in the lab.
