Students have an opportunity to earn a Residential and/or Commercial Customer Billing
Complaint Investigation Certificate. For track 1 & 2, a comprehensive Hands-On Lab
is planned for students to demonstrate their ability to resolve a customer billing
complaint. The course materials provided covers multiple billing complaints with
step by step investigation that leads to a resolution of the billing complaint. After
completing the course, a student will have the basic skills to investigate and resolve
a customer billing complaint. Students are encouraged to bring: safety glasses, calculators,
stop watches, voltmeters and/or test equip.
