This session provides basic instruction in the operation, programming and field testing of regulator controls, capacitor controls and re-closers.  Safe procedures concerning field site survey, testing, and field replacement of controls and associated apparatus are emphasized throughout the program.The education format is a non-commercial blend of lecture and hands-on activity.
